What it costs
The Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express Grant reimburses up to $3,000 per employee per approved course and up to $15,000 per company per year. We're a 6-person crew — is that too small?
No. The Express Grant is built for small employers; companies with 100 or fewer W-2 employees qualify, and very small teams are common in our cohorts.
Can my office manager attend instead of me?
Yes, and often that's the highest-return choice. Any W-2 employee can be enrolled.
Does this work for seasonal businesses?
Yes. Many landscaping and roofing companies train in the off-season and go into peak season with the workflows already built.
